These bacteria multiply and bring back conditions required for the bowels to work properly. After colonoscopy, the inner lining of large bowel might get affected and your doctor has prescribed this keeping that in mind. Fluconazole is an antifungal and helps in clearing fungal infections. You might be having fungal infection in your genital region. Probably that is the reason a PAP smear was not done. Taking fluconazole will cure you of your infection.
