Had Diarrhea Along With Cold Sweats, More Squirting. Took Bucopan, Lofenoxal

I had a Vietnamese pork roll for lunch last we'd. I have had diarrhea since then along with cold sweats. I'm not wanting food but have not vomited at all. I'm drinking water elector lite icy poles and black tea. It seems to be squirting more every hour now not the big explosions I've been having. I have also taken bucopan for severe tummy pain which has helped also I have taken 2.5 lofenoxal yesterday but none today as someone said I should be letting it out Is this right? I'm a lot more comfortable by taking lofenoxal or gastr stop tho please advise as I'm listless and have nothing left in my tank of strength. Thankyou

It seems that you are having acute infectious enteritis for which you require a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole along with some pre and probiotic. Also keep your hydration level well by taking lots of fluids in your diet
