Had Erotic Massage, Discomfort In Throat, One Sided Headache. Took Hexoral Spray, Paracetamol. Chances Of Contract HIV?

I went for an erotic massage (basically a hand job & at a certain point she got on top & had her hand behind her, holding my penis so that it would feel like a sexual experience). The place dose not offer any sex at all & they don't kiss. I was/is feeling bad & greatly depressed coz 2 days after I was just feeling some discomfort (not pain) in the throat but I would also have a one sided headache that lasted only a few seconds & would come back min/hours later. doc gave me hexoral spray (hexitidine) & paracetamol. I stopped using it when I felt better but I began to feel my nose was dry & seemed to be breathing inn cold air (although discomfort in throat [submandibular region] was gone). Went to get checked & doc said there was nothing. I'm a medical student so when had a lesson in micro bio & the lecture was talking about hiv & syphilis my throat instantly started getting uncomfortable again, I fell into a one sided headache & involved the eye too, had take pain killers to sleep. I've been searching my body for swollen lymphnodes & I don't know if they should be clearly visible or palpate to see if there are swollen. To some extent I think I might have developed bruxism also. I also have geographic tongue. I know it's difficult to make a diagnosis in text but I just want to know my chances of contract hiv & given that my symptoms where similar to those in Srv? Or is it just depression that caused this? But then aagain, depression is one of the symptoms of srv. Please help me understand what's going on.

Dear Friend.

I read this some where during my medical school and found it true :

"A Medical student sees all the symptoms in himself, of the disease he reads"

However, you had a risky play, look HIV and Syphillis don't spread by touch. As you said she just touched you with no kissing and intercourse, means you had no contact with the body secretions.
So it is unlikely to contract HIV, Syphillis this way.

The problems you mentioned, might be because of a sore throat, upper respiratory tract infection.

Bruxism can be found in normal persons too, or sometimes it may result due to excessive pyscological stress, that you are taking.

Here, i would say, don't repeat such activities again.
And to be sure, get yourself tested. Go to a STD centre in your medical college and get tested in confidence.
