Had Excruciating Pain In Lower Abdomen. Having Hot Flashes. Feeling Sweaty And Blurred Vision. Remedy?

Hi I'm 16 years old and early today I had excruciating pain in my lower abdomen but mostly in my lower right side of my stomach I went to the bathroom and I flushed out diarrhea while I was sitting there I had a hot flash I was really sweaty , blurred vision , and almost felt like fainting. I couldn't take the pain. Now I feel a little better but I have no idea what's wrong with me and I'm very scared. Ps I haven't gotten my period I'm a week late
