Had Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain. Possible Bladder Infection. Urine Test Showed Low Protein And WBC Count. What Can Help?

hello Dr. i am a 24 year old female. i have had a fever for 2 weeks and 2 days. my doctor thinks it might be a bladder infection. i feel no pain yet my fever comes and goes reaching 102 f. durning the past couple of day my stomach hurts a little and I've experienced nausea. my first doctor said my white cbc was a little low. and this week my new doctor said my urine test said i was low on protein and white blood cells. he prescribed me nitrofurantoi mono-mcr 100 mg. my fever is scaring me.

urinart tract infection is obvious.fever is not responding,so please get urine culture and sensitivity test done.accordingly start antibiotic.
