Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You have described your health condition, that is nice by your doctors attention, and your care towards the heart.
Your query is about your hypertension, which is not controlled ,it is probably by not following the diet, and may be due to anxiety.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such hypertension alprazolam .5 mg at night, to control the anxiety. Also prescribe aspirin, and statics.
avoid taking more of salt, spices, junk foods, oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
