Had Heart Attack. Blood Clot. Can I Do Push Ups?

How long should a person who has had a Heart Attack wait to do push Ups. I had one and am going through Heart Cardiac Rehab . I realize it will probably be sometime before doing any more push ups. I had a blood clot that went to the lower back side of my heart. No stint was put in because the vein was to small and tight. No danger of the clot moving. They got about 1/2 of the clot with the Heart Cath. I just do 10 at a time at different intervals during the day. Thanks. Sam Blevins

push ups are very heavy exercise,
you should start only after 4-6 weeks and under supervision of cardiologist
by tread mill test , your doctor can assess your functional or cardiac capacity, then only you start push ups
