I had a hysterectomy four weeks ago, where everything was removed except my cervix because it was stuck to my bowel. I did not experience any viginal bleeding at and then last Thursday evening I experienced a blood loss up until now which is similar to a light period? is this normal or anything to worry about.

Hello madam, from the history you have given, well mild bleeding following hysterectomy is quite common, this is could be due to collected blood during surgery. ..But if there is heavy and prolonged bleeding, you need to consult your gynaecologist as early as possible, in that case you may require an examination....hope i was helpful to you. ..
