Had Hysterectomy, Lower Left Sharp Pains, Frequent Painful Urination, Constipation. Concerned

I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago, but have been having lower left sharp pains only once a month when I would have my cycle. I also have frequent painful urination and some constipation when the pain starts and usually last for about 7 days. What do you think could be wrong? My stomach is tender touch and sore on the inside as if I have just had surgery. It hurts to cough, and when I go to stand up.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you have the lumbar stenosis, urinary tract infection, stone in the ureters near the bladder, or pelvic infection. and most important is the ovulation pain .
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotrophic injections for 10 consecutive days and one injection every week. Thank you.
