The saturday that had just passed,I saw the usual jelly like mucus secretion but it was red and today an hour ago my underwear showed a sign of same mucus and around it was a bit of blood. I am going through anxiety and stress more than usual. Can you please explain why is my mucus red or anything about what going on with my body because it stressing me more than usual.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

In most cases the mucous is nothing to worry about, but as you are also seeing blood along with the mucous, I would advise you to wait for 3-5 days, and if it doez not stop on its own, then please visit your doctor as this might require more investigations.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
