Had Jaw Reduction Surgery. Feel Numb In Right Lower Lip. Sensation Of Coldness, Hotness. Cure For Numbness?

i had a jaw reduction surgery 2 days ago, i still feel numb in my right lower lip and right side of chin, there is sensation of coldness and hotness but still its numb and if i pinch the skin, it pains too but its very numb, what should i do?, shall i consult a neurosurgeon??? i dont want to be late .... i dont want to have a numb lower lip for all my life, what are the preocedures to i can cure this numbness?

its only 2 days after surgery. Its better to follow the instructions by your maxillofacial surgeon. continue with all the medications prescribed and post surgical instructions. Even if you consult a neurosurgeon, the result will not be spontaneous (in few days). All neurological symptoms require your patience and may take some time. Don't panic, you will be alright.
