Had Kidney Infection, Frequent UTI, Always Tired, Pale, Dark Circles Under Eye, Hand Shakes. Possible Reason?

My 16 year old daughter is constantly exhausted and has had three bladder infections, and one full blown kidney infection which required hospitalization. We live in a remote community so unfortunately seeing the same doctor twice is not always possible. I am looking for the right questions to be asking for investigation into what is going on with her. She is a physically fit 16 year old, 5'2" 110lbs. Eats very well and avoids most junk food. She is always tired and pale. Many days she has dark circles under her eyes and her hands will shake some days. Is there something I should be asking our local doctor to look for? The UTI infections are becoming more and more frequent. Also she is not sexually active.
