Hello,
It seems from the history that you had LASIK 3 years back. Though LASIK is done to correct total amount of refractive error but it is common to see under correction or over correction of 0.25 to 0.5 dioptres. Since your doctor has told no problem and your optician has told that you are having 0.5 dioptres it is better to get it confirmed one more time by examination by a different doctor before worrying.

Thank you
