I am 33 years old. I had unprotected sex from 19 to 04 february with my husband. on 5 february i had my mensies normal blood flow and lasted for 7 days which is quite unusual coz ot normally lasts 3days. i had last had my period from 9 to 12 january. now i feel like i am about to star my period but nothing is coming and i feel nauseuos and my breasts are tender and sore. i also have a back pain and cramping badly. please help. thank you
Your clinical presentation is mostly suggestive of Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) which occurs 7-10 days prior to commence period. You should follow certain measures like
1) avoid salty food/ coffee in 2nd half of period, 2) Avoid stress by yoga/deep breathing, 3) Control body wt by regular physical exercise. 4) Take healthy diet and drink lots of water/ fluid. 5) wear tight breast support to get relief & take prime rose cap. 6) use some medication like anti spasmodic for cramp 7) maintain personal hygiene and need proper sleep.
