Had Mastectomy And Chemo For Breast Cancer. Should I Be Worried About Getting Pain In Legs And Thigh?

Hi, triple neg, grade 3 breast cancer. Had mastectomy and 18 weeks chemo. Finished July 12. Had a bone scan in march which was clear. Now have pain in right shin and pelvis. I get bad pain in my legs at night with intermittent pain in my right thigh. Should I be worried? Thanks.
