i had a bad migraine a few days ago and my haze involved hearing and vision distortion this usually happens before i have a migraine but the day after when i woke up i noticed my vision was a bit blurry but sorted itself out after half an hour or so but my problem is my ears. all yesterday it was like i had double hearing ( when someone was talking i could hear what the said in my right ear but my left ear was muffled, today my ear has got worse whenever anybody talks to me it sound robotic and the noises seem excessively loud walking along the street with the cars going past was really painful and uncomfortable and i am worried
Hello, You must go for ENT consultation and get the following tests done--- Pure tone audiometry Impedance audiometry MRI brain Glycerol test (if required will be decided after pure tone audiometrey)
There could be meneires disease, in which there is excessive fluid collection in the internal part of ears . Fluid is always there but when there is imbalance in production or absorption then the fluid may increase and put pressure and the symptoms arises. If in doubt do reply.
