Hi,
An operation on your sinuses would not change the appearance of your nose. If you feel your sinuses are constantly blocked then there are treatments that may help you.
Decongestant nasal sprays or steroid nasal sprays may help. Paracetamol and ibuprofen if your sinuses are painful. Your doctor may consider antibiotics may help but these are not needed in all cases. Sinus operations would not be first-line treatment.
