General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
By this time the wound should have been healed .
Persistent discharge ,pain should be taken seriously . Please discuss with your surgeon and get a check up again .
ANY CHANCE OF INFECTION SHOULD BE RULED OUT .
Tests like culture/sensitivity from the discharge will be helpful to rule out infection .
proper diagnosis will help appropriate treatment and early recovery .
Hope your mother is all right by this time
