Had Pain In Lower Back, Abdominal Area, Tender To Touch

Hello, I've had a back pain for about a week now. The pain is in my lower back and all the way across, it feels like its abdominal area too. It particularly hurts when I bend down. I work in an office so am sitting all day, I don't think I have hurt it with exercise though. Today has been the worst pain, seems to hurt when I move all over. I am an 44 year old woman. It's quite tender to touch too.

Thank you

Welcome to HCM.
Your pain is most likely due to fibromyalgia.
It usually occurs after continuous sitting in the chair.
Improper position and improper chair is also causing pain.
Take proper chair which is ergonomically designed.
Consciously sit properly.
Otherwise take nsaid with muscle relaxant to subside the pain.Apply nsaid gel locally.
B12,d3,calcium and minerals supplements will be useful.
Go for warm up exercise, yoga, stretching for back and other muscles regularly.
