Had Pain In Scapula After Waking Up From Sleep. Pain Receded Slowly. Currently Having Pain Below Shoulder When Deep Breath Is Taken, Yawned. Could It Be Muscle Pull?

Last friday night i slept on my back and when i woke up had pain in scapula (below right shoulder). This pain was persistent for that day and then slowly receded on saturday. On sunday i had this pain come up the shoulder, armpit. But from Monday this pain had reduced but now from yesterday when i take deep breath , yawn i get shooting pain below my shoulder. Could it be only a muscle pull. Thanks for your answer

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the arthritis of the shoulder joint. You may need to have the M.R.I. for diagnosis and treatment.
So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon.
I usually prescribe to my patients with such symptoms neurotropic injections, for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, and anti inflamatory drugs.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
