Had Rough Sex, Scratched Vagina, Soreness, Bump Formation, Urination Is Painful, No Pus. What Could Be Wrong?

Hi. I recently had very rough sex with my boyfriend and while he was fingering me, he scratched me a little bit in my vagina. I have a sore bump now. It doesn't hurt to pee, it doesn't burn, it just hurts. There is no puss or a head to it and it is not a blister. There is only one of them. What is this? Could it be from where he scratched me or from having rough sex at different angles while not very lubricated?

Hi
It can be due to the injury from sex.If you had unprotected sex you should rule out STD.Soreness can be due to a fungal infection also. You can have a clindamycin and clotrimazole vaginal suppository if no improvement.Better get a consultation with your doctor and rule out.Hope this may help you. thanks
