Had Sex. Pain Inside Penis Shaft. What To Do?

Hi i had sex with my girlfriend i noticed everything was quite tight to start with and during intercourse. Imediately after ive had a pain inside the shaft of my penis not sharp but more lingering! Ive never experienced this before
i am aware its their as its sutle but it doesnt hurt when i pee or anything. What could this be what should i do

Good Day!

Is there swelling on your penis now or violet discoloration ? Did you hear or feel a popping sound during intercourse? If there is swelling and the penis is growing in size, you might have suffered a penile fracture and you need to go to the emergency room immediately.

If there are no visible swelling but you feel a dull subtle pain, you just might have inflammation of the penis from the intercourse. Usually we prescribe NSAIDs to help alleviate pain and swelling and it goes away after 2-3 days.
