Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

Menstrual periods do not get delayed because of losing virginity. Since you have mentioned that you had completely protected sex, you don't have to worry about pregnancy or having a delayed period.

Experiencing mild pain or discomfort during the first sexual intercourse is normal. This could be due to rupture of the hymen during penetration. Since she does not have any pain or discomfort now, you don't have to worry about this and this will not affect her menstrual cycle.

Wish you all the best.

hello,
thank you for using health care magic,
loosing virginity does not affect menstrual cycle.. it does not cause delay in period..slight pain is normal due to rupture of hymen during intercourse for first time so nothing to worry..
since you are saying you had comlpletely protected sex ,do not worry there are hardly any chances of getting pregnant plus from your history it looks like you had intercourse in the end of cycle which are not very fertile days of female.. so relax no need to worry..
take care..
Regards,
Dr.Nehal..
