hello dear, welcome to healthcaremagic, TSH is the hormone secreted by pituitary gland to stimulate thyroid gland for secretion of thyroxin.Since you are operated for thyroid cancer, the thyroid tissue is not sufficient to fulfill your thyroxin requirements of body.Till your thyroxin requirements are not fulfilled the Tsh levels will remain high.It is actually a negative feedback mechanism which works, that is sufficient thyroxin in blood sends a signal to pituitary to stop the secretion of TSH.Your complaints like fatigue and memory loss are due to insufficient hormone thyroxin, because it is the job of thyroxin to help in metabolism and increase the BMR.Nyquil is a decongesant and will not affect your score. All the best.Have a healthy day ahead.thanks.
