Had Tubal, Novasure Procedure With Removal Of Benign Cyst. Can I Still Get Periods, Pregnancy?

I am 37. I had a tubal after my second child in 2003. In 2011 I had a novasure procedure done along with the removal of a benign cyst. Since then mu husband of 15 yrs suddenly passed away. I am now in a serious relationship with a man who wants a child very much and I never thought Id feel this way but I want one with him too. I have not had a period since the procedure but lately noticed some spotting. Can I still get pregnant and is it a bad idea to try? Is there anything at all I can do to help my periods along? I hear that most people resume having periods a few years aftr the novasure? is that true?

The chances of getting pregnancy is very minimal in natural way, if you are really looking for pregnancy then you will have to go for another way but before going for that the hormone study is must, the procedure is coast effective and have very less success rate, so in my opinion it is better to give off the idea of pregnancy have nice day.
