Had Tummy Tuck, Noticed Pale Coloured Vulva Area, Pregnant, Baby Died, Skin Peeling Off Clitoris , , Outer And Inner Minora. Cure?

I had a tummy tuck 12 months ago and afterward i noticed i had a pale coloured vulva area it was like i had lost blood supply to my vulva, three months later i found out i was pregnany however the baby died And i under went 3 x d&c due to remnants not coming away the last surgery in december. Since this I have had skin peeling off my clitoris and outer and inner minora leaving it raw and extremely painful. When I urinate it is also hurting because of the rawness. I also get extremely itchy in my vagina on the last few days of my period from my blood. My gynae can t see me for one month.

HI your burn is most probably healed by now and you are probably suffering from fungal infection of the skin you should keep your skin dry wash it daily with sulphur and salicylic acid bar then apply 1% clotrimazole cream on it or a combination of clotrimazole and 1% hydrocortisone(hydrozole cream). for itching you can take antihistaminic like disloratidine or levocitrizine these are nonsedatig anti histamines and you will take it once at night.USe cotton clothes that would prevent sweatig as it would aggravate your condition. if condition does no improve then you should have a testof skin scraping treated with KOH. if confirmed then you should take oral antifungals like terbinafin 250 mg per day for a wk
