Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

Have you been investigated for the cause of recurrent abortion?

A common cause of recurrent abortion is presence of “antiphospholipid antibody”. In addition to this various genetic, uterine and hormonal factors play role. It is absolutely essential that these parameters are ruled out by careful physical examination and battery of investigations.

At this instance while you plan for a new baby, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist and get yourself evaluated (if this has not been done yet). In addition folic acid in the dose of 5 mg every day is beneficial.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards
