Hello,
Welcome to health care Magic
What you are having is a condition called Telogen Effluvium. When you had typhoid a lot of hair went into resting phase or telogen phase and they fall off after 2 to 3 months. I am an allopath and we treat this with vitamin supplements containing biotin, calcium pantothenate and minerals for a duration of atleast 3 months.
Biotin rich foods are carrots, almonds, walnut, cucumber, cauliflower, milk and eggs. Eggs also have protein and amino acids required for hair growth.
Unfortunately i am not an ayurvedic doctor to suggest a treatment in that system of medicine. But in my experience we find good improvement in cases like yours and i recommend you to see a dermatologist for the same.
Hope i helped
Take care
