Had Unprotected Sex After Two Periods In A Month. Light Pink Mark While Wiping With Delayed Period. Chances Of Pregnancy?

I previously had two periods in november my first was 3rd and it lasted four days then i had one on the 28th of november which lasted four days also after this my partner and i had unprotected sex after i had an ultrasound done on the 13th of december and seen a small black pear drop shape in my lower abdominal area i didn't ask the nurse what this was as i wasn't worried. my period was supposed to be due on 24th of december but i have had no signs of my period and yesterday i wiped and there was the slightest pink mark on my toilet roll twice within an hour. i took a dip test today 25th dec and it was negitive. could i be pregnant?

Hello there!
HCG tests prove positive 33 days since LMP. but slight delay might be simple anxiety. so any ways you need to seek gynecologist and let her help you in deciding what it is but that will be confirmed till day 40 of LMP. but she will provide the ways. so seek help.
