Had Unprotected Sex By Hand, Sperm Just Touched Vagina, Took Pills, Abdomen Pain. Pregnant?

I had unprotected sex by hand On 9th Oct. Wednesday. Only sperm was on finger and only touch to vagina. N i took unwanted 72 within 5 days means on Monday morning.n i tested with preganews after three days n shows negative means only one purple line.. Bt still scared. In unwanted 72 it was written that in 3-4 days bleeding will start.. Bt i nt happening.. My last period occured on 21st Sep. N my cycle is after 25 days. After taking pill i used to get vomiting sensation still bt didn t vomit yet. N very tensed nt feeling to eat anything..i f i press my abdomen deep i feel pain.. Is it means that am i pregnant? Or some thing else .? Plssss answer... I am really very scared.. N tensed.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

It is not necessary to have bleeding after taking emergency contraceptive pills like Unwanted 72.

As you have taken the pill after 72 hours, the chance of conception is high is high as compared to the pill taken with in 72 hours.

The chance of preventing conception is as follows:
If this pill is taken within 24 hours after unprotected sex, about 95 in 100 pregnancies are prevented.
If it is taken between 25-48 hours after unprotected sex then about 85 in 100 pregnancies are prevented.
If it is taken between 49 and 72 hours after unprotected sex, then about 58 in 100 pregnancies are prevented.

It is sometimes used between 72 and 120 hours after unprotected sex but the chance of it working is much less than if it is taken within 72 hours.

As your menstrual cycle is for 25 days and your last menstruation is on 21 st September.
You probably had menstruation on 17th october or after that. It is been one week after your expected period.

Please do Hormone pregnancy test now and check for any positive.
It is better to consult a Gynaecologist after doing Urine pregnancy test.
Then do Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out pregnancy.

Hi, for pregnant sperm should reach the uterus. Since no intercourse and he just touched the vagina, the chance of sperm reaching (even if the finger had sperm on it)your ovum is very rare and you have also taken unwanted 72. For UPT to be positive you need to wait for at least 15 days after intercourse(ovulation). So if no bleeding and if you miss your regular periods then get done UPT (tomorrow 23rd / 24th Oct) to rule out pregnancy.

If no bleeding with no pregnancy or if pregnant then consult your doctor.
