Hello i work in a hospital which has severe outbreak of norovirus now iv just been through 10 hours of severe vomiting and loose diarrhoea. Finally it seems to have settled but now I have cramping pins and needles throught my forearms, hands feet and face. I have been sipping Juice n water all night wat is cause the cramping n dizzy feeling?

hello v.r.wall , it looks like norovirus but you can by blood test as soon as possible and take appropriate treatment from your hospital.
