Had Vomiting, Which Stopped. Complaining Pain At Back Of Head, Feel Dizzy. Suggest?

My daughter has been vomiting from early hours of this morning until about 10am. She has stopped vomiting and had a sleep and some toast to eat and was on good form until just now. She has just started to complain of a pain in the back of her head/neck area and being dizzy and the noise of the tv has made her want to move away?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Recurrent vomiting develops decrease in blood pressure hence also dehydration.
Due to hypotension and dehydration your daughter become irritate hence there is postural hypotension and headache.
Plenty of fluid with salt and sugar will provide relief.
Mind one thing give her less quantity of fluid at a time ,repeat till she become alright.
Alternatively intravenous infusion will provide quick relief.
Good luck.
