Hair Loss, Done Thyronormalcy Test. What Does This Mean?

I am 26yrs old girl and lossig lot of hair.. I was asked by Dermatoligist to get my thyroid tests done and the comments say suggesting thyronormalcy Test with results are as follows; TOTAL TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3) 107 ng/dl 60 - 200, TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) 8.5 μg/dl 4.5 - 12.0 , THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE ( TSH ) 1.40 μIU/ml 0.30 - 5.5 What does this mean ? Do i have hyper thyroid?
