Hair Loss, Hirsutism, Oily Scalp, Dandruff. History Of Having PCOs, Irregular Periods. On Metformin And Spironolactone. Solution?

hi, I am 23 years old. my height is 165 cm and my weight is 54. I have suffered from hair loss and Hirsutism ( thick hair on my breast and few thick one on my face). I used to get irregular menstruation, but, today, it is not as irregular as before. In my country, I were diagnosed with PCOS. my sonography does not show Polycystic Ovary. Also, I have oily scalp and I have suffered from dandruff since I reached puberty. I am so worried about my hair loss. the level of vitamin D is 10.7. what can I do to stop hair lossing? what causes it? Also, I eat 1 metformin and 2 spironolactone 25 tablets in a day. Thanks
