Hair Loss, Painful Bumps On Temples And Hair Line. Suggestions

Hello I am 19 years old female and I have had very thick hair ever since I can remember but lately I have realized my hair has been shedding a lot i thought maybe it was just because of the seasons or something but it hasn't stopped I still have more hair compared to an average person but there is a dramatic difference between my hair now and a 10 months ago. Also lately I have noticed I am getting little pimple like bumps on my scalp 2-3 at a time they disappear then come back I am also getting these little painful bumps on my temples and hair line.

Hi, welcome to HCM..
You are having tellogen effluvium.
There are many causes...stress, internal diseases, anaemia,infections..like typhoid, thyroid dysfunctions, vitamin deficiencies, nutritional deficiencies, drugs like antidepressant , antimetabolites.. , pregnancy, postpartum period, accident, nervous shock, excessive sun exposure..etc.
Blood testing should be done to rule out internal diseases...
Avoid stress.
Avoid sun exposure.
Have healthy food.
Take proper sleep.
Take biotin containing tablet for long time.
Apply mild steroid lotion on scalp daily.
Do shampoo twice a week with mid herbal shampoo.
Apply almond oil twice a week.
If you have dandruff, shampoo with ketoconazole shampoo.
You are having folliculitis too.
So, take a short course of antibiotics...
I hope you will feel better... Ok
