Hair Thinning All Over, Weight Gain, Constipation In A 43 Yr Old Female Whose Tsh Is 0.64 And Ferrotin Level Is 73?

I have hair thinning all over, weight gain, constipation I am 43 yr old female, tsh levels in 2007 were 0.98 and 0.39 in 7/2008 then 0.50 in 8/2008
Then 0.64 1/2014. I'm concerned with my hair thinning and some times can't think right, my doctor isn't concerned sent me to a dermatologist who said maybe heridtary, ferrotin level 73

systemic cause of hair thinning need to be ruled out, you have to go for complete thyroid profile, and also get done the blood glucose test, meanwhile you can mange this condition with the diet, you have to eat more leafy vegetable you can also take the extra supplement of vitamins, have fresh fruits too, stop using soap or shampoo, do not use hair dryer, if you are going to take care of your hair in this way then you would get nice results, because medicine has got no role unless some systemic cause is there, hope this answer would be helpful to you take care and have nice day.
