Hard Bump On Chest, Nickel Size, Feels Like A Part Of Rib

My 3 year old daughter has a hard bump, it feels like bone , on her chest , right side. It feels like part of her rib. It is about the size of a nickel. What could this be?

You should consult pediatrician to get x ray done if needed to find out if its part of rib or something else.
If there is no pain or no fever i dont think any serious.
