General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the sebaceous cyst, at the hair follicle. It has pus and being drained so it has bacterial infection. The residual infection should be treated by the antibiotics, so i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
