Hard, Itchy Purple Spot Above Vagina. Advise?

Hi,
I have this purple spot on the bit above my vagina. It is hard to touch, itchy and hurts when I touch it. Also when it first came up it popped and blood came out of it and it looked like a vein or something was swollen in it then it went blackish purple and ever since it has been purple. Its been there for about 3 weeks so far and it doesn't look like it is getting any better.

Hello.A possible diagnosis is abscess (inflammation and pus) over small vein.
You must go to your doctor.He will examine you and,perhaps,give you
a local cream and antibiotic by mouth.There seems nothing important.
