Hard Lump Along With Bruise And Pain In Back Of Leg After Hitting Drain Cover
I fell backwards into a drain ditch and hit a drain cover on the back of my leg ten days ago. The nasty bruise has almost gone away but now I have hard bumpy area across where I got hit and just above that below my butt is a hand sized lump. When I lay down for bed a lay on my side it hurts really bad

There might have been internal bleeding at the area of injury and inflammation of muscle it will take take time to rissole , meanwhile you can apply ice pack and take inflammatory drugs for one week , apply volini gel over swelling ,do not massage.
