Hard Lump On Left Nipple, Pain, White Liquid Coming Out. Any Suggestions?
I have a small hard lump behind my left nipple i figured it out when i was working out on a machine and i put my chest on a pad and started to do rows and it felt a little like stinking pain like i had a sun burn on my nipple or something and when i squez it a little white liquid comes out its not a lot but i dont know what to do or what it is IM FREAKING SCARED(i havent told my parents yet because its just weird)

The small hard lump on the nipple can be related to a blocked gland or a benign mass. You need to get the lump examined by your physician and get a mammography done to rule out any pathology.
