Hard Lump Under Skin On Forearm. No Pain. Any Reason?

Hi I have got a hard spot under my skin on my forearm, I don't know if I bumped it causing something or what but this lump is about dime size and if I pinch together i can maintain a grip of it. It is not pain but I think it has gotten harder in the last couple of days and I don't recap how long I've had it. What can this be and how do I be rid of it

Hi

thanks for writing here.

Lump which you are having is probably a lipoma. It is a collection of fat cells under our skin.It is usually painless and usually does not require any treatment.

But since you are thinking it is getting harder in size it will be better to consult a surgeon and go for exscion biopsy.Hope this will solve your problem.Take care,
