Hard, Painful Lump On Skull. Sore To Touch, Headache

I have a hard lump about the size of a 1/2 dollar on the lower right side of my scull and pain from that area all the way up and across towards my right temple....sore to the touch.....this has been goin on for 4 days now and pain path keeps moving from day to day....also starting to get headaches...also for a short time 2 days ago I had pain around my ear and in my jaw on right side

Hi ! The lump could be a infected lymph node the infection being either from your ear or from your teeth. I would suggest you to get yourself examined by your family physician who may advise you for some antibiotic, anti inflammatory drugs. He may also advise you for an x ray of the skull if need be.
