Hard Spot On Lower Part Of Calf, Swollen. Bug Bite Or Got Hit?

I was in Texas 8 days ago on the inside lower part of calf there is a 1 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inch red and hard spot I don't know if i got a bug bite or hit it or something else because by the time I saw it was already red swollen and hard it hurts and I feel like when I put on socks it gets more swollen I am getting worried because 8 days and no change to it

Hi hard spot on calf swollen can be due to injury rarher than bug bite.hard injury like contusion have been occured.it can be cured by antibiotic.atarax 25 mg at night and aa anti inflammatory agent like combiflame can cure it in one week if no response consult a surgeon
