usually just abdominal pain, sometimes you can feel a pulsatile mass in the abdomen (about where the navel is). if it gets larger you can sometime feel palpitations in the neck o even see them. This is not something to wait around for though. if you think you or somebody else has one they need to see a doctor immediately.
