Has Been Bleeding Through Nose, Mouth And Eyes. No Sinus. Can It Be Due To High BP?
Hi, my mother who lives in Australia has been bleeding on and off for the last couple of weeks through her nose, mouth and eyes. I was talking to her via Skype and witnessed how much blood she was throwing up....a few blood clots. She has been to the doctors over there and they took CT scan to check her sinuses but it was all normal. The doctor told her that it was likely her blood pressure and the fact that its been so cold over there. However, I've never heard that high blood pressure could cause so much bleeding. Is there anything that the doctor could be missing? Would you suggest any tests that they should do to rule out any serious problems?
