Dear User Conjunctivitis is known to be a conatgiouos disease and spreads from close contact or sharing towels, bed sheets from infected person. Hence better is person with conjunctivitis should be told to use separate towels, hand kerchiefs and others and as per as possible close contact should be avoided. These precautions should be taken for at least 3 - 4 days during which the conjunctivitis is known to be contagious
