Hi. As your Mother is 90 years old and leaking urine, only antibiotics may not help. It is advisable to keep in an indwelling catheter like Foley's for about 3 weeks and to take the care of it. This will make both of you comfortable, will give rest to the bladder. She may have to continue antibiotics for about 3 weeks.
