Has Lump On Head, Moved Up To The Base Of Head

my daughter has a lump on her head. At first we thought it might just be she just bumped her head, but it stayed, then we thought maybe a mole or something it wasnt very big. now the lump is bigger and has moved higher up the base of her head. While she was sleeping i touched it lightly and in her sleep she said oche and rolled her head over. going to call her doctor tomorrow. I cant go to sleep or stop thinking about it though im so worried

The given history is inadequate age is missing, is it tender, how big is it, any way if it is asymptomatic then it could be superficial swelling could be benign collection of blood under the skin, but to rule out this CT scan is must, hope this could guide you have good day.
