Has Melacare Have Any Side Effects?

Hello sir,

I'm from Nepal and i'm 24 year old. And i have heard about melacare but i have not use it yet. I have dry skin and i have dark spots on nose, and chick only since last 2 years. So, what happens if i use it? I mean it will be appropriate for my skin ?

If you have dry skin and dark spots then better you consult a dermatologist than to use any cream.The cream you mention though used for dry skin and to whiten but it should be used in a proper way as per your problem because it contains steroid mometasone which can have some side effects if used wrongly.And also tretinoin which is other content in this cream has its own indications.So better you consult skin specialist to start any cream.Hope this helps.
